The challenge
A family-run roofing company in Leeds had a tired website, no Google Business Profile photos and a single page targeting 'roofer Leeds'. Storm-season work was going to national lead-generation sites that charged £45 per lead, half of which were unqualified. The owners wanted to capture their own leads – and keep the margin.
What we did
- Designed and launched a new mobile-first website with separate pages for emergency repair, full replacement, flat roofing, slate, tiled and chimney work.
- Built a Google Ads call-only campaign for storm-damage searches, peaking spend during October–February and pulling back during quiet months.
- Optimised the Google Business Profile with 80 project photos, 4 weekly Posts and a service list of 22 roofing services.
