1. Services

SEO For The Trade provides SEO, PPC, web design, content writing, and social media management services for trade businesses. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Payments

Monthly SEO packages are billed monthly in advance. One-off services are billed upon completion. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation

Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts. One-off services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Results

While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results as search engine algorithms are beyond our control. We commit to transparent reporting and continuous optimisation.

5. Intellectual Property

Content created for your business as part of our services becomes your property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, processes, and strategies remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.
